For the 2009 and 2010 Noise Pop Festivals, Abuzz created a new component - a conference that looked at independent music and the industry. Profitable in its first year, the conference gathered a great group of industry professionals leading discussions aimed at musicians, music lovers, and those interested in or working in the music business.
For the 2005 Noise Pop Festival, a multi-night, multi-venue music festival that brings the best in independent rock to over 15,000 music fans each year, Abuzz was responsible for securing and working with corporate sponsors, as well as setting up new marketing initiatives such as the Noise Pop music sampler given out to 5,000 attendees.
